The Woodlands, TX - November 9, 2005 - Most prospective clients ask us to send them our latest 'demo reel', and that has always been a great excuse to have some fun. Rather than just taking a stack of clips and dropping them onto a DVD, we wanted to find a creative way to showcase our work. We hope you enjoy the story and our work.

"The Demo Reel represents just a handful of the many projects we have worked on over the past 15 years," said Vic Cherubini, President of epic.

If you have ever been to our studio, you will know the walls are filled with cartoon characters and samples of our work. For the demo reel, the artists, animators and programmers wanted to find out,  "What happens at epic after everyone leaves for the day?" If you think strange things happen at epic from 8:00-5:00, just wait until the lights go out!

In this video you'll meet Gloop and Alex, two "characters", and watch as they have some fun when no one is around. Take a minute to check out epic's latest short story, and in the process you'll see a collection of 2D and 3D animation clips from projects we've worked on.
