About Our Video Production Studio Rental Space - The epic Creative Co-Op's video studio is a Houston, Texas facility designed by people that shoot video and studio photography. You will find it affordable, flexible and spacious for your video, film shoots, photo shoots, live productions or sound/performance recording.  The modern design and spacious environment make the studio excellent for hosting webinars or a corporate press event (our video studio can accommodate approximately 75 people, depending on seating and staging requirements).

Available Services - The 1200 + sq.ft. studio is complete with a 33’ x 26’ two-wall hard cyclorama for green screen special effects. The studio features an 18’ high ceiling with an overhead movable light grid. We also have floor stand lighting complete will gels, cookies, flags and dimmers to set just the right mood.  Dolly tracks, booms and jibs are also on hand and available if needed. Our studio has a set of drive through doors for load-in of gear, sets, or props. Perfect for a vehicle or large equipment shoot.  Studio rentals include a makeup/dressing room, green room, a full kitchen, wireless internet and plenty of free parking.

We offer very affordable lighting and HD video packages make it easy to put your video project together. The studio has been acoustically treated, with an extremely quiet HVAC system, and a separate AC power box just for the studio.  Our building also has fiber optic cabling, and our own high speed dedicated servers.

The studio can be configured in a number of different ways.Chroma Key walls in blue or green, black or white, and a number of painted muslin backgrounds are available. We rent the studio by the hour (2 hour minimum) - day – or week.  Discounted pricing is available for reoccurring shoots or multi-day rentals.

RED Camera Rental – We now have a RED One camera which is available for those shoots requiring the highest level of quality. Additional details to follow.

Production Crew and Talent - We have crew members available for your shoot and can supply you with a director, camera operator / DP, sound recordist, gaffer, grip, electrician, teleprompt operator, make-up artist and hair stylist.  If you need production gear, we will have it or can get it.  We have a prop-workshop complete with all the power tools needed to can build a set specifically for you. If you need an outdoor location, our studio sits on 4 acres of property with both open areas and dense woods. In short we can help you take your project from concept to completion.

Post Production Services - In addition, you need help with your post production work, we have on staff web developers, 2D and 3D artists and animators, audio technicians and several video editing suites on location.

Studio Venue Rental - Are you planning to host a workshop and need a place to do it? Our studio can be configured for groups from 10-50 people.  Rent our projection equipment or bring your own.  We also work with local equipment rental companies if you need chairs, tables, AV equipment, or just about anything required for a successful event. Adjacent to our building is a full summer kitchen and a picnic table that seats 24 in a park-like environment.  This is a great place for a pre-production meeting, or for your crew to take a break during a shoot.  Need a private place for an outdoor scene?  Behind our building are three areas of secluded land that includes both open fields and dense woods.  We have a 15,000 watt generator available that can be used to provide all the power you need for a daylight or night time back-lot shoot.
