Interactive Training also known as e-Learning, is being used by colleges and universities around the world to teach everything from basic math to most complex subjects imaginable. Call it what you like, companies are also embracing these technologies to train their employees and keep costs down. Distance Learning is designed to improve a student's performance, and allow for easy access to course materials and lectures 24/7.
What makes our lessons different from the others are the high quality still and motion graphics, sound and music elements we add to make the information both educational AND entertaining. We don't do "Talking Heads" (teachers talking in a monotone in front of a whiteboard), but instead may develop an interactive game, dramatic animation, or a special effects video to get the message across. We recently began creating screencasting where the instructor can show his or her ideas and flow of thoughts rather than simply explain them. The combination of video and audio allows the expert to deliver clear, complete instructions. From the learners point of view this provides the ability to pause and rewind and gives the learner the advantage to move at their own pace, something a classroom cannot always offer.
